LumiThrive Health is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit nonprofit founded in 2025. We walk alongside individuals and families across Fresno and the wider county, helping them connect with food, housing, transportation, mental health, and wellness resources.
Who We Are
LumiThrive Health was founded in 2025 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Fresno County. We are a founder-led organization focused on community health navigation and social determinants of health (SDOH) case management.
Wellbeing depends on more than a clinic visit. Stable housing, reliable food, transportation, and mental health support all shape a person's health. We connect individuals and families with the resources that make that wellbeing possible.
We are not a direct medical clinic and we are not an emergency service. We help people find and access the care and community resources they need, and our services are free or offered on a sliding scale so cost is never a barrier.
