LumiThrive Health brings the same whole-person approach to Fresno. As a community health navigation and social determinants of health (SDOH) case management organization, we connect people to resources rather than providing direct medical care. Our Fresno Office
Our office is located at 191 E Barstow Ave, Fresno, CA 93710. Office hours are Mon–Fri: 8am – 5pm (Closed on federal holidays).
